Celebrating the rich history of silk, in one of China’s most beautiful cities, the Hangzhou Triennial of Fiber Art will be conducted September 20th until the 26th, with events, lectures, exhibitions, and tours each day.
WSN Member Kinor Jiang curated an exhibition of jacquard in HK this year, which will be expanded by curator Prof. Shi Hui at the Zhejiang Art Museum and the China National Silk Museum in Hangzhou. Zhao Feng, the co-chair of our 9th International Shibori Symposium, is one of several chairman for the event.

The Triennial will be held both at the China National Silk Museum ( where 9ISS will be held next year) and the Zhejiang Art Museum(chinese website).
