Reputed wearable art designer and WSN Member Mary Jaeger, brings her latest collection to the 40th edition of the American Craft Show in San Francisco! Mary Jaeger’s signature work includes shibori and tucked techniques, both rooted in and inspired by time honored Japanese textile designs.

“The core of my niche women’s and interior accessory collections are inspired by my passions for color, texture and pattern.  I use shibori, shaped resist dyeing techniques, synthesized with simple silhouettes and a love of hand crafted details.  Foremost concerns include beauty in our everyday lives, design functionality and innovation, traditional textile design and embellishing techniques, tactile combinations of fabrics and motifs, eco-consciousness, and up-cycling and re-creating materials. ” – Mary Jaeger

About American Craft Council Show >>

Producing craft shows is one of the American Craft Council’s core programs, a path to connect makers with buyers and educate the public about craft. The shows — held annually in Baltimore, Atlanta, St. Paul, and San Francisco — offer guests the opportunity to touch and feel handmade objects and make personal connections. At the  San Francisco show this year, you’ll not only get the chance to see Mary’s breathtaking collection, but also  touch, feel, and explore high-quality American craft from 224 other makers.
