Natural Dye Workshop (2011)

The Natural Dye Workshop ( a workshop Series and DVD project) is an important program of WSN. This Natural Dye Workshop  documents the teachings of Michel Garcia, internationally recognized natural dyer, botanist, and chemist from Lauris, France, whose expertise on sustainable natural dye practices is unrivaled. This program provides a global forum for all natural dyers to collaborate and to exchange learning.

Slow Fiber Studios (est. 2008) 

The Slow Fiber Studios is a program of WSN, affiliated with Natural Dye Workshop. Slow Fiber Studios offers dynamic, hands-on, field study programs in various textile-rich areas of the world.  It’s founded on the belief that, sometimes, the best way to understand a philosophy is to see it being lived.
